truly fantastic, its exclusive as its expensive [ Bkk standards ] -which is good, as you don't spot the hippie budget travelers crowding the place up.
Food can get better, scotch stays the same- so visit it more for the spirits than the cuisine.
ah !don't forget to lean out of the railing on the seams / gr8 view-if you have a gr8 grip. :)
